House Rules

1.1 By visiting Saré Wellness, you agree to these house rules. 1.2 Always follow the instructions of our staff. They are authorized to address you regarding the house rules and may decide to refuse access or end your visit. 1.3 In case of violation of the house rules, access to Saré Wellness may be refused or terminated, without right to refund.

2.1 Saré Wellness is accessible to guests from 10 years old. 2.2 Children are only welcome under the supervision of an adult and must behave quietly. 2.3 We may ask for a valid form of identification if in doubt.

3.1 Always shower before using our pools, saunas or steam baths. 3.2 In every sauna, sit completely on a large towel so your body does not make contact with the wood. 3.3 Wearing bath slippers is mandatory for hygiene and safety reasons. 3.4 It is not permitted to bring water bottles or other consumables into the saunas.

4.1 Saré Wellness has no swimwear days. Therefore, wearing swimwear is not permitted anywhere within the wellness facilities. 4.2 In our rest areas and restaurant, please wear a bathrobe. 4.3 On the outdoor terrace, we ask you to wear a bathrobe or wrap a towel around yourself.

5.1 The privacy of our guests is paramount. 5.2 From entering the changing rooms onwards, it is not permitted to bring or use mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, cameras and other digital or electronic devices. 5.3 Taking photographs, videos, audio recordings or livestreams is not permitted anywhere within the wellness facilities. 5.4 Phone calls are only permitted at the reception. In the wellness facilities, we ask you to maintain complete silence.

6.1 Saré Wellness is a place for peace and relaxation. We ask you to be considerate of the peace of other guests. 6.2 Keep conversations at a quiet volume and limit them where possible. In the silence and rest areas, we request that you maintain complete silence. 6.3 Disruptive, loud, aggressive or offensive behavior is not permitted. 6.4 Always treat fellow guests, staff and our facilities with respect. 6.5 Any form of desired or unwanted intimacy is strictly prohibited within Saré Wellness. 6.6 In case of boundary-crossing behavior, we reserve the right to end access immediately and, if necessary, take further action.

7.1 Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Do you have a special diet or food allergy? Please contact us in advance. 7.2 Alcohol consumption should be limited. We may refuse access to or remove guests who are under the influence or causing a disturbance. 7.3 The use of drugs or other intoxicating substances is not permitted. 7.4 Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. 7.5 Reserving or prolonged occupation of loungers or chairs without using them is not permitted. 7.6 When you leave the Saré Wellness premises, access to the wellness facilities expires.

8.1 Our wellness facility has height differences, wet floors, warm rooms and other facilities that require extra caution. 8.2 Are you less mobile, visually impaired, blind or do you have a physical limitation that may require extra support? Please contact us in advance. We would be happy to discuss together whether and how we can make your visit as pleasant and safe as possible. 8.3 If you require an assistant during your visit, they must remain present throughout your entire visit. 8.4 In case of pregnancy, medical complaints or doubt about the use of our facilities or treatments, we advise you to consult a doctor in advance.

9.1 Saré Wellness reserves the right to modify these house rules. 9.2 The most current version of the house rules is always available at www.sare.nl.
