Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, treatments, packages, gift cards, bath cards, products and other services of Saré Wellness. 1.2 By making a reservation or using the services and facilities of Saré Wellness, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1.3 The current house rules also apply to each visit. 1.4 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Saré Wellness.

2.1 We ask you to adhere as closely as possible to your chosen arrival and departure times. 2.2 In case of significant delays or busy periods, Saré Wellness reserves the right to cancel a reservation in whole or in part. 2.3 If you arrive late or do not show up for your reservation, this may result in consequences and/or charges. 2.4 Saré Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if there is a valid reason, including safety reasons, misuse or previous violations of the house rules.

3.1 All stated rates, prices, packages and promotions are subject to price changes, printing errors and obvious mistakes. 3.2 Price changes are reserved at all times. 3.3 No rights can be derived from temporary promotions, offers or special deals after they have ended.

4.1 Saré Wellness is accessible to guests from the age of 10. 4.2 Children are only welcome under the supervision of an adult and must behave quietly and comply with the house rules. 4.3 The minimum age for treatments is also 10 years. 4.4 Saré Wellness reserves the right to request a valid form of identification.

5.1 You are responsible for assessing whether participation in sauna, wellness and treatment activities is medically appropriate. If in doubt, we advise you to consult a doctor beforehand. 5.2 If you need to use medical equipment, electronic aids or other facilities that may affect the safety, privacy or use of our facilities during your visit, you must discuss this with Saré Wellness in advance. 5.3 If you require assistance or specific accommodations due to a physical limitation, reduced mobility or other circumstances, we ask you to contact us beforehand. We would be happy to assess with you whether we can facilitate your visit in a safe and responsible manner. 5.4 To protect the privacy of our guests, the use or bringing of digital or electronic equipment from the moment you enter the changing rooms is only permitted with prior consent from Saré Wellness. 5.5 Digital or electronic equipment includes, among other things: mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, cameras and other devices with camera, recording or communication functions. 5.6 Saré Wellness reserves the right to have such equipment stored and to refuse access to or terminate the visit of visitors who do not comply with this, without any right to refund.

6.1 Treatments 6.1.1 Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment will not incur any charges. 6.1.2 Cancellation between 2 and 24 hours before the start of the treatment will incur 50% of the treatment fee. 6.1.3 Cancellation within 2 hours before the start of the treatment or no-show will incur the full treatment fee. 6.2 Packages 6.2.1 Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the package will not incur any charges. 6.2.2 Cancellation between 4 and 48 hours before the start of the package will incur 50% of the package rate. 6.2.3 Cancellation within 4 hours before the start of the package or no-show will incur the full package rate.

7.1 Gift cards are valid for up to two years from the date of issue. 7.2 Gift cards can only be extended before the expiration date. 7.3 Gift cards that have expired for less than five years can be reactivated for an administrative fee of € 15,-. 7.4 Gift cards that have expired for more than five years can no longer be redeemed. 7.5 Gift cards are treated as securities. In case of loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use, no refund or replacement will be provided. 7.6 Saré Wellness reserves the right to revoke a gift card in case of fraud, misuse or other special circumstances. Depending on the reason, any remaining balance may be paid out in whole or in part.

8.1 Bath cards are valid for up to one year from the date of issue. 8.2 Bath cards cannot be extended to preserve the original discount value. 8.3 Expired bath cards can only be used with an additional payment up to the current sauna rate. 8.4 Bath cards are treated as securities. In case of loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use, no refund or replacement will be provided. 8.5 Saré Wellness reserves the right to revoke a bath card in case of fraud, misuse or other special circumstances. Depending on the reason, any remaining balance may be paid out in whole or in part.

9.1 Payment for reservations, treatments, packages, products and other services takes place in the manner offered by Saré Wellness. 9.2 Saré Wellness reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment for reservations. 9.3 If a due amount is not paid on time, Saré Wellness reserves the right to cancel the reservation or suspend the execution of the agreement until the payment obligation has been fulfilled.

10.1 Saré Wellness does everything to make your visit as safe and pleasant as possible. However, the use of all facilities is always at your own risk. 10.2 We advise you to store valuable items in a locker. Saré Wellness is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. 10.3 Saré Wellness is not liable for injury, damage or loss resulting from non-compliance with the house rules, failure to follow staff instructions or improper use of the facilities. 10.4 If one or more facilities are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances, this does not entitle you to a refund or compensation. 10.5 When using the locker system, you are responsible for returning the key. In case of loss or damage to the key, € 15,- will be charged. 10.6 Parking of cars, bicycles and other vehicles is at your own risk. Saré Wellness is not liable for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or belongings within them. 10.7 Any liability of Saré Wellness is limited to what cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

11.1 Saré Wellness reserves the right at all times to refuse access to visitors or to terminate a visit if these terms and conditions, the house rules or staff instructions are not complied with. 11.2 In case of violation of these terms and conditions or house rules, access may be terminated immediately, without any right to refund of entrance fees, treatments, packages, gift cards, bath cards or other services already provided. 11.3 Saré Wellness reserves the right to deny a visitor access to the wellness facility for a specified or indefinite period in case of repeated or serious violations.

12.1 Saré Wellness is not liable for the failure or delayed performance of its services due to force majeure. 12.2 Force majeure includes, among other things: technical failures, fire, power outages, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, government measures, staff illness, supplier failures and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Saré Wellness. 12.3 In case of force majeure, Saré Wellness reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel reservations.

13.1 Saré Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. 13.2 The most current version of the terms and conditions is always available at www.sare.nl.

14.1 These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. 14.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

15.1 If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are wholly or partly invalid or voidable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. 15.2 Saré Wellness will replace the relevant provision with a provision that comes as close as possible to the original intention.
